Detailed educational history (including specific streams such as General Curriculum, Qawmi Madrasa (e.g., Takmil, Fazilat, Alia Madrasa, British Curriculum, O/A Levels, or IB), occupation, job title, employer details, and income bracket.
Family Background:
Father's and Mother's names, occupations, family structure, and socioeconomic status.
Partner Preferences:
Criteria for your ideal match (age range, education level, geographic location, religious adherence).
Media:
Profile photographs, gallery images.
Customer Support:

To detect, prevent, and penalize fraudulent activities, fake profiles, harassment, or violations of our Terms of Service.
Analytics & Platform Improvement:
To analyze user behavior, test new features, and generate aggregated, non-personally identifiable demographic reports.
Given the sensitive nature of matrimony, we enforce strict visibility rules.
Your basic profile details (Age, Height, Religion, Education, Profession, Family Details) and Partner Preferences are visible to other logged-in, registered members.
Contact Information:
Your exact phone number and email address are HIDDEN by default. They are only revealed to another user if a Mutual Connection is established (i.e., you accept their request, or they accept yours) or if unlocked via a Premium feature that you have consented to.
Photographs:
You have the option to set your photos to "Public," "Visible to Matches Only," or "Visible on Request."
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share information under the following conditions:
Service Providers:
We share necessary data with trusted third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., SMS delivery gateways, cloud hosting providers like AWS/Google Cloud, payment processors). These vendors are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
Legal & Safety Obligations:
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request; or to protect the safety, property, or rights of our platform, our users, or the public (e.g., reporting suspected fraud or abuse to law enforcement). To protect our community, identifiers of permanently banned users (such as hashed emails or phone numbers) may be retained indefinitely to prevent re-registration.

You can edit, update, or correct your profile information directly through your User Dashboard at any time.

You can temporarily "Hide" or "Deactivate" your profile, which removes you from search results without deleting your data.
Opt-Out of Marketing:
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails/SMS via the link provided in the communication or your account settings. (Note: You cannot opt-out of critical transactional alerts like OTPs or payment receipts).
Our platform is strictly restricted to individuals of legal marriageable age. You must be at least 18 years old, or meet the legal age of matrimony in your respective jurisdiction, to register. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Any account found belonging to a minor will be immediately and permanently terminated.
As a global platform catering to users worldwide (including expats and NRBs), your data may be stored and processed on servers located outside your home country (e.g., AWS servers in Singapore or the United States). By using the platform, you consent to the cross-border transfer of your data, safeguarded by standard contractual clauses and international data protection standards.
